DANA HELGESON, PA-C   

Dana was born and raised in Phoenix.  She graduated with her undergraduate degree at Arizona State University with honors, and went on to complete her professional training in Physician Assistant studies at Bethel University in Paris, Tennessee with a Master's in Science.  Educational achievement has always been an importance of thorough and complete work to one's best ability.

Dana spends her free time with her family, perfecting crafts and escapades such as home scavenger hunts and escape room.  When feasible, Dana likes to explore and travel, learning new and historical facts about destinations - fueling her spirit of freedom and adventure.  Fitness, exercise, investigating criminal mysteries, and uncovering mysteries of the world are daily passions squeezed into Dana's busy and fulfilling life.

Richard Bassett, PA-C   

Richard is originally from Houston, Texas but grew up for 10 years overseas in London and Madagascar. He received his Bachelors of Science in Public Health from Brigham Young University - Idaho in 2020. He went on to earn his Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona and graduated in July 2023. At Midwestern, Richard served as his class representative for a local homeless shelter organizing medical and educational events. Richard has been Board Certified since he graduated school and is an active member of American Academy of Physician Associates as well as the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. 

While earning his Bachelors, he worked as a Medical Assistant for his university’s student health center. Concurrently, he worked with a team of healthcare professionals to organize and build a free medical clinic. Richard has always had a desire to help those in need. That desire fueled his decision to live in Madagascar for a two-year mission trip. While there, he built houses, served the local people, and volunteered as a translator between patients and surgeons for Operation Smile.

He is an Eagle Scout and teaches the youth at the church he attends. He currently lives in North Phoenix with his wife, two boys, and mini golden doodle. He enjoys time with his family, volleyball, golf, country music, long drives, and providing competent care for his patients.

Dr Stephanie R. Johnson, Au.D., CCC-A   

Dr. Stephanie Johnson has over 12 years of experience in audiology as both a clinical
audiologist and a clinical education specialist in a variety of settings. During her clinical career,
she specialized in comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, hearing device fitting and aural
rehabilitation, and tinnitus management. As a clinical trainer, she trained other hearing
professionals across 11 states in the Pacific west and Mountain regions to utilize the newest
and most innovative amplification technology and software strategies with the goal of helping
their patients live better lives by treating their hearing loss. Her focus in practice is to customize
patient care to each unique individual in order to deliver the highest standard of care through the
most advanced hearing solutions and rehabilitation strategies.

Dr. Johnson has lived in the Phoenix valley since moving here in 2007 to attend the Arizona
School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University in Mesa AZ, where she received her Doctorate
in Audiology in 2011. She grew up in Minneapolis, MN and graduated with her Bachelor’s
degree of Science from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls. She maintains her active
membership in the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Johnson loves animals and in her house, the pets outnumber the humans! She loves taking
care of them, her plants, and learning how to garden in the desert heat. She’s an avid reader,
likes to write, take pictures, and loves following even the most complex recipes to extend her
cooking and baking skills.
